Which is, essentially, all of them.

It's about time we ban screwdrivers!

So, I guess those that own Mills, such as a Bridgeport , or a Lathe or even a Drill Press, could be lumped into this, if an ambitious prosecutor chose to?

As others have stated "their throwing Crap against the wall", and watching for what sticks....

Gives them the option to pursue and prosecute = intimidation. This goes to the category of A Priori legislation = you are guilty until proven innocent.....

Maybe the Dems are reacting to the huge number of first-time gun buyers in the last two months.

The left is terrified of "ghost guns" and it's likely worded broadly to stop the production of 80% kits. But the biggest boogieman to them is Cody Wilson and they have been trying to lock him up for a while. They even charged him with some BS recently. Cody started Defense Distributed and he sells the Ghost gunner -

I'm actually a little surprised that on a gun forum more people don't know of Cody's story and how he has stuck his middle finger up to the man for the past several years. He angers and scares democrats because they can't stop him, he is definitely a target with this bill. "you can't stop the signal"
