‘Holy sh*t’: Surveillance camera captures insane U of M shootout
A shocking video shows one of several shooters during an exchange of gunfire on the university's "frat row" early Saturday morning.
A security camera video shows a shooter discharging four rounds as gunfire from other shooters echoes down “frat row” at the University of Minnesota.
University Avenue runs just outside the U of M and is host to all its main fraternity houses. It’s also home to the “Students’ Co-Op,” which is known for housing non-students and being a hub of violence in the area. The building’s owners evicted all of the residents after a string of crimes occurred around the property. However, the situation on frat row doesn’t appear to have de-escalated as a gun battle left a 15-year-old wounded early Saturday morning. Another person was struck by a car, according to Crime Watch Minneapolis.
