Thanks for the update on this. I had assumed that after the 2022 election (the original suit was brought right before the election) the AG office would have lost interest in it.
Apparently not.
Please don't forget Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has filed legal papers supporting the Mexican government's suit against American gun manufacturers for the 'gun violence' being done in Mexico.

Yep, the new, Democrat work-around for making the 2nd Amendment obsolete...

1. Pass legislation mandating NICS checks on all gun sales (i.e. no private party sales).
2. Refuse to pass legislation allowing private parties to access NICS.
3. Prosecute FFLs for not being clairvoyant enough to know which sales are straw purchases, thus driving them out of business.
