I now must admit I was stupidly mistaken about the source of the article. It's from "24/7 Wall St." which I assumed was somehow associated with the Wall Street Journal. Like I said I was stupidly mistaken and am disgusted that I hadn't figured out long ago that "24/7 Wall St." is NOT, in any way, part of the Wall Street Journal.
