I’d think the Feds involvement is tied to the interstate commerce clause. Much like the Texas suppressor lawsuit; could Minnesota Grown weed sneak under the Feds grasp?

I really could care less on this one but you guys do realize that MN is hardly a trend setter here right? Are there a plethora of news stories in CO and WA of the feds busting pot users?
