Walker Anderson's case

I just saw the MNGOC update video on youtube and need to point something out.

Not only is a serial not required, as of last year a federal judge ruled that you can remove serial numbers from manufacturers. This is consistent with Bruen.

This is worth a look.

We're aware of the case and shared awhile ago w/ Walker's attorney. The case is still moving through pre-trial motions so this may yet come into play - however the judge earlier ruled on the motion to dismiss and upheld MN's law even post-Bruen. If he loses at trial this will undoubtedly be a point of appeal.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the reply, glad to hear you guys are helping. This is nuts to me. Hard to believe you can get charged for something that is not even a crime. I hope he gets justice and wins a huge lawsuit for dragging him through this mess.

The guy on YouTube from Washington Gun Law talks about what he terms "Post-Bruen Meltdown": the antis have given up even the pretense of advocating "sensible" gun laws and are now pushing a naked disarmament agenda, the Bruen ruling be damned. As in Washington D.C. post-Heller expect years of foot dragging, lawsuits and compliance orders.
