Kids playing with guns.
The adult owner of the gun is being charged.
Martinez Castillo Lloyd, age 33, is facing one count each of illegal possession of a firearm and negligent storage of firearms for the incident.

Due to a prior felony conviction, Lloyd is not allowed to possess a firearm or ammunition.

"The worst part about it knowing that situations like these really are preventable," said Maggiy Emery with Protect Minnesota. "I don't think the laws we have are sufficient. I don't think the investments we have are sufficient until we are seeing zero gun deaths every year."

'Cause sure. More laws would have prevented this. Moron.

The quotes come from the WCCO TV news story linked below:
https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/news/ ... -old-girl/

P.S. I really like the word 'illegaler' and I applaud the folk who's life goal is to make things illegaler and illegaler and even more illegaler. I would ask, however just how illegaler you can make something? Is there a physical limit, like absolute zero or the speed of light? Unfortunately Protect Minnesota doesn't have a forum like this where you can discuss stuff.

We do not, on average, have zero incidents of cannibalism each year. I wasn't aware that infallibility was an achievable goal.

No I hadn't seen that, but it does underscore my point in a timely fashion.
