Mr. Korwin is an author and gun pundit whose website (http://www.gunlaws.com/) sells his books. This list was published back in 2008 when "then" candidate Obama was running for President, and recently (January 09) resurfaced in an attempt to boost sales of Mr. Corwin's books and traffic on his website.

It's an almost straight lift of the list of weapons contained in the 94 ban and, AFAIK, has never been referenced or published by anyone actually in the Administration.

Infowars.com is hardly a solid source for this kind of thing since they (and Mr. Korwin) certainly have their own agenda to push.
