The M-1 Carbine was a favorite of the Symbionese Liberation Army. Now that Sara Jane Olsen aka Kathy is on the streets again, this most historic carbine needs to be banned.

They are legal for deer now you know. Seriously, I wonder if a M1 carbine has ever been used in a crime and I mean an action that started as a crime and not some veteran that defends himself and it is later determined unjustified.

It is about time we outlawed the M-1 carbine. Too under powered. Use a garand instead I say...

For those of you like Gunny who are link inept, the list follows. A couple of questions I have: Where did the author of the article get the list? Never made reference to it. Is this really a trustworthy source? The other articles read more like the Onion than anything else.....

Don't get me wrong, I don't doubt for a second that President* Obama wants a scared, disarmed, easy-to-manipulate conuntry........ I just want to believe that in light of real issues on hand...lets see, I might have to dig for one.... I won't believe it until it comes from a reliable source. Do you mean to say the Onion is not reliable?

Mr. Korwin is an author and gun pundit whose website (http://www.gunlaws.com/) sells his books. This list was published back in 2008 when "then" candidate Obama was running for President, and recently (January 09) resurfaced in an attempt to boost sales of Mr. Corwin's books and traffic on his website.

It's an almost straight lift of the list of weapons contained in the 94 ban and, AFAIK, has never been referenced or published by anyone actually in the Administration.

Infowars.com is hardly a solid source for this kind of thing since they (and Mr. Korwin) certainly have their own agenda to push.

Probably not a good source as you mention, but I do feel threatened with Mr. Obama in office.

Just another reason to be happy I sold all my guns through messages placed on grocery store bulletin boards before * goes for the jackpot of all jackpots for gun grabbers and control freaks alike.

If you sold all your guns, why are you still here?
