Hi all. I'm Jared form the Princeton area. I got turned onto the site by DeanC. I am a 2008 graduate of PTC's advanced gunsmithing program. Currently I work at Federal Cartidge Co. in the shotshell dept. Tutz (the wife) and I are buying our first house here in Oct. and I will slowly start to assemble the equipment needed to get started on my own gunsmithing shop and get my FFL. I work weedends, and am headed out hunting as much as possibel. Last year I managed 26 days of pheasant hunting alone, along with another 10 days with deer, duck and goose to round out my season. This year I will be doing a lot more grouse hunting usually in the Mcgregor area where our deer shack is located.

I'd love to help ya out on the discount, but we get $1500 a year and I'm already over halfway, and I started in June! :D.

As for fixing stuff, no dice till I get an FFL, federal charges are a bich.

Welcome from Garage Logic.

Whereabouts in the McGregor area? I grew up just outside Aitkin, and spent a lot of time in the Palisade area. Do most of my hunting in the Waukenabo area.

The fam owns a 160 backed to a couple thousand acres right around Lawler. I also spend a lot of time at the other family prop. another 160 but this one is just North of Lake Benton 3 miles from the Sodak border. Or as we call it, Sodak east.

I'm familiar with the Lawler area. Been through there on snowmobile many times.
