you must be talking about a different area, I'm talking about valley park. Its by no means ghetto but it just looks run down. My mom still lives in there, I dont fear for my life its just not what it used to be.

Its aging, like everything does... I'm in the process of buying a house there right now. I really like the area

I wouldnt be the worried at all about walking through valley park w/o carrying. It may not be the best looking but there isn't any hoodlums running around robbing people or anything.
