? there is no Concealed Carry Permit in MN. There is on the otherhand a Permit to Carry :D

It's not surprising that someone who has not yet completed the class to now know, but JJ is correct. There is no requirement to conceal your handgun, thus it is a "Permit to Carry" and not CHL, CWP, CCP, etc, as it is in many other states...
