Howdy and welcome from the central part of the state. I f you are close to Morris look up the rifle club there, they put on a real good action pistol shoot once a month if that is an interest of yours. A bunch goes down that way from here....a fun day!!

Hi MaryB, welcome aboard. Chris from the Morris Rifle Club here. Like Gunner said we host action pistol matches here in Morris. I know it's not right in your backyard, but it's a pretty easy drive. If action pistol were something you might be interested in we strive to help new shooters and also have a few other ladies that come out for the matches. As far as I know we are the only club in western MN hosting these types of matches. We also do Hi-Power silhouette matches, CMP M1 Garand matches/qualifications, have 300 yard F-class matches and we'll be hosting an Appleseed Project event along with several other matches this year. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you are interested.

Not really into competition other than trying to beat myself. Shoot a cheap Hi point 9mm, 12 gauge (clays and hunting), and Mosin Nagant 7.62x54r rifles. The old rifles are a blast to shoot and pretty accurate for their age. Did a little laser engraving on my C9, adding more when I get time. I have a 60 watt commercial CO2 engraver.

Logo for the gun shop I buy a lot from on an AR-15 upper, he is interested in doing more. This was a test piece for him.
