Rodentman here...

Postby Rodentman on Thu Mar 05, 2009 9:06 pm

I am Rodentman. Bought my first handgun (S&W 28-2) in 1972 when I lived in AZ. I don't have that one anymore, although I recently got a mint 28-2 that dates to 1976. It was originally shipped to Farwell Ozmun & Kirk in St Paul by S&W according to the letter I got from Roy J.

I still have my Ruger Service Six from 1976 howver, along with several other handguns.

I carry discretely almost all the time, except when I go to WI which is fairly often. I hope their laws change soon.

I hope to meet fellow forumers at the range or other events.

I bought a nice holster last weekend in Hastings from srgs and was happy to meet him.

Regards.........

Welcome Rodentman. Do you raise them or kill them?

Welcome, you rat-faced bas**rd.

...Just kidding. :P

Nice intro.

Your avatar came up the other day on the Portal pages' 'Random Member' bit and gave me a laugh. That was just before I got p'oed that you're newer than myself and you're already getting face-time. :x

Neither. I have 30 of them tattooed all over my alleged body.

I will watch the event calendar.

Carry a Sig 229 much of the time. That's one of my favorites.

Welcome, looking forward to some shooting events myself. My pride isn't, because of how well/poorly I shoot, but it'll be fun anyway.

Let me get this straight. You have 30 rodents (rats) tattooed on your body? UMMM

Well, yeah, I have fetishes too. Actually only 26 of the tats are rodents. There is also a biker tat, the Rolex Coronet, the Panerai logo, and the EightStar Diamond logo.

I forgot to mention that I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident in 1991. It was not my fault. So "fleeing" a dangerous situation is very difficult for me in the sense that I cannot run. Since I limp I consider myself more of a potential target for a BG. That's why I carry more often than I used to.

That rat reminds me of something........ Have you ever seen Peter Jackson's Meet the Feebles? It's like a car accident... you just can't stop watching. Try as you might, want to as you might, you just can't turn away. I think that rat was in the movie.

Why would you want to? I watch that movie at least every year. :) Is there a tat of a rat and a BDSM cow anywhere?

That movie is really designed for a specific audience, and I certainly fall under that category. I too have at least an annual viewing. I do know a handfull of people on this forum that would, for some reason, find this movie to be slightly offensive. And by slightly, I mean scarred for life.
