Hi everyone. I just found this site and I am looking forward to learning lots from everyone here and hopefully contributing to the community.
As a kid, I did a lot of shooting with rifles and shotguns, but no handguns. Right now I am doing research for my first handgun purchase. The primary use will be at the range and home defense. The leading candidate right now is S&W M&P9.

Hello, I am usually in that same area.
I suggest glocks, but smith and Wesson's usually work fine too.

Everybody on this forum has a different favorite gun

Yeah I see that. It's like asking what is the best sports car. Some guys only drive Ford, some guys only drive Chrysler, and every right-thinking individual drives Chevy
