We use zuc in grill packs, curry, bread, muffins, cake, pancakes... it's easy to freeze and takes on whatever flavor you want.

This is from a while ago, but I wanted to share...
Top picture is a batch of my Kawpoon, second picture is what I do with the rest before I chop it up with hot peppers and serve it to Tim (he likes it).

I had my first 'fluffy' burger today. I have to admit that it was one of the best burgers that I've ever had.
The burger was sprinkled with salt,pepper and garlic powder then doused lightly with worchestershire sauce.
Grilled on a hot charcoal grill. Topped with swiss cheese, roasted poblano peppers, mushrooms, sliced tomato and fresh spinach.
It was really good. I think the trick may have been the poblano.

I normally eat mayo and lettuce. Don't even add cheese. So it was kinda 'fluffy'. :mrgreen:
