Fast approval

Fast approval

Bought me a dead air normad L. 2 weeks for approval. Wow. My last one took 9 months about 8 years ago.

Nice!

Two friends had about a two day turn around last summer. Another one took three weeks. Things are much improved.

I had 3 days a couple weeks ago. 71 hours actually from ATF submission to approval emails. Nice to be able to buy it one Saturday and pick it up the next.

There ARE the good old days!

Interesting that this improving service comes at a time when there is the greatest ever possibility of suppressors being removed from the NFA.

Gibbs Rule #39 comes to mind.

I think the improvement in turnaround time came because the AFT thought they were going to be registering millions of pistols with braces as SBRs. FTATF.

Good point.
It's also possible they decided to up their game, given the reputation of the new Gun-Grabber-In-Chief.

The guy that reformed the NFA process, can't remember his name, was a gun grabber that recently got fired. A little justice.
