The Rodentman has no plans to buy any suppressors.

I recognize that visiting room. Same place I discovered my Rev 9 came with different threaded piston than my factory Glock barrel. Correct one on the way.

Was there on Friday also. Picked up my muzzle attachments to make sure they work and they did.

Are we not allowed to say where that is? I'm wondering if the place holding my suppressor while I'm waiting on my form 4 has a visiting room...

I don't see why not; it's Atomic Tactical.

Well, well, well, this is good news. I bought my suppressor through silencershopdirect and they said they'd be sending it to Atomic once the form 3 is approved. I've never actually been to Atomic before, so this is good news that they allow conjugal visits - sounds like I may have to make a trip down there to buy a handguard to finish the 300 BO upper build and take a peak at my Omega while I'm there.

I WAS all set to buy one (donation to GOCRA, got a trust set-up)... but then I got a wild hair to learn blacksmithing + basic welding and blew up my hobby budget on that instead. :)

I purchased a Griffin Armament Checkmate QD with an extra adapter. I used Silencer Shop and it is also sitting at Atomic Tactical waiting for the ATF to get done with whatever do. The Trust was the way for me.

So what if you don't have any children to leave the suppressor to? Would you only be able to will it to someone who had a Trust set up?

I did a simple, online trust and they said typically you wouldn't list a child as a successor or beneficiary on your trust anyway, unless the child is of legal age and legally able to own/possess an NFA item. If you do not have any children, you can list whoever you want to be the beneficiary. Ask a lawyer for the specifics on the logistics when you set up your trust.

Its perfectly fine to list minor children as beneficiaries. There just needs to be wording in the trust to handle all of the possible circumstances that can come up. That's what an NFA is for, and what differentiates it from a regular trust.

Got my silencer! Bowers .22 Paradigm can on a form 4 to an individual. It only took 7 weeks, which is pretty darn good! I didn't get a chance to shoot it yet but I was able to try it out at the dealer's place when I paid for it.

So, yay!

What, I'm still waiting on the form 3 to my dealer to do the form 4.
And the form 1 on a sbr, wow.
I CAN'T HARDLY TAKE IT!
Good for you.

That's crazy fast. I'm 2.5 months in on mine since they cashed my checks from my trust.
