I had Ben Rust do mine. I wanted someone local in case there were any questions or concerns.

I've heard a ton of people say they used Ben Rust. I haven't done mine yet, but I will probably go with him too. His prices seem to be very competitive with the questionable online deals.

Go with Ben Rust. Gun owner, OGC member, all around good dude.

I'd advise against using the free trusts offered by some vendors, but apparently that leads to getting sued....so I won't advise against it.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

I went online with that 199 trust but keep in mind I'm a hundred and thirty miles away from the Twin Cities so that was my most convenient way.

I did 199trust too. $60 was a good deal for my needs. I ordered it at 3am last night and it was in my inbox this morning. Good thing I didn't pay that extra 20 for rush processing.

Law Office of Kyle Pettersen-Scott

http://lawkps.com/

She's one of the two NFA trust lawyers recommended by GOCRA.

I'm definitely not sorry that I went the lawyer route. Kyle was fast and provided good advice.

I have a question once you get the trust. Do you have to take it someplace and get it notarized or witnessed when you sign it? I am assuming it is not something you just sign on your own.

The lawyer preparing it should be a notary.

Ok thanks! So if I order it from Ben Rust I would pick it up at his office and sign it there?
