Where do you live? A cheap Title 2 transfer in Duluth won't do much good if you live in Mankato.

Atomic Tactical charges $50 for title 2 transfers. There are a few others (Bill's, Arnzen, something else) but most are just too outside of how far I'm willing to drive from downtown, and/or their prices are poor or aren't worth the gasoline expenses.
