Eh... I'd have to win the lottery big for that. This is probably worth a chunk more than my house, given that it started as a custom double rifle and had that kind of decoration applied.

Paulius (Paul) Lantuch. He used to work for Ruger, back when Ruger had an engraving department.

Just the engraving, without materials, is probably on the order of $3-4K. The gold inlay adds cost. The gun, I couldn't even venture a guess.
