If they say they can and they do shoot that's awesome! Only shot one a couple of times but next time i take one out ill take a look at what i can get from it. Just skeptical of the piston platform. Not of huldra

Id love to test my midlength huldra with some match ammo, but I only have iron sights on it. Even if it was 2moa id be thrilled, it shoots far better than my mini 14 ever has.

Dunno. I see on their website however that $999 will buy you a Mark IV and the specs advertise 1 MOA at 100 meters.

Lol, no name calling or slapping required. We have some really great barrels along with consistant harmonics, that's the secret. The key with accuracy is using ammo that is capable of accuracy desired. I have to date had three complaints of accuracy, all there were sent to the range and returned with a test target. One guy was shooting wolf, another iron sights, and another hand loads. Of those three rifles I put a high mag scope and used Fed gold metal match 69 gr and went to our outdoor range with a solid bench. All three rifles printed 1" groups. Our stainless barrels often shooter better and we have reports from customers on our Facebook page of half inch groups at 100 yards. My personal best was a 1.1" 5 shot group at 200 yards. I was shocked piston guns could shoot so well too when I first started running one. There are customer pics of their targets on our Facebook page.

I wish I could say only our guns are that accurate but there are other quality rifles out there as well. Lwrc has some nice piston guns that are also accurate. The piston have come a long way. Now, I'm not trying to say piston guns are better as the reality is they both have their pros and cons, and there are real issues on both sides of the list to consider. My advice to anyone has always been and will always be buy a quality rifle and you will have just that a quality rifle, no matter the brand. Do your homework, look at the hard specs, talk to the company and don't be afraid to wait and save a little more if it means getting a true quality rifle. Right now the bubble is or is about to burst in the market. I know some stuff is still hard to get, but there are a ton of new makers out there who came out post sandy hook to make money. Now that the market is slowing, I am confident some if not most of these makers will be gone in a few months. Then if you have a warranty issue what do you do or what will the resale value be. We are relatively new as well so I understand the same could be said of us, however I'd like to think our footprint has been positive so far and an indication of our future.

Whether it be a colt, novekse, bravo, Daniel, etc or a Huldra/Korstog, buy something nice or you will end up buying twice :-).

Del-Tone just sent me a sales email they have a complete M4gery kit less lower receiver for $425.

16" 1:9 barrel. I'd actually consider it if I was in the market.

I used to have their CMP upper and was not put off by them.

I believe they guarantee it.

I'm going to put mine to the test next time I'm at the range. Although I don't think I have good enough ammo to get anywhere near 1 MOA.

Finally got a chance to try it today and got pretty damn close. Cold and windy at the range but opportunities for me to get out there are dwindling fast.

Rifle was originally a Huldra Mark IV Tactical EVO but I swapped the upper for a Huldra EVO Slank 14.5" that has a .625" pencil barrel. For this test, I mounted a Nikon 2-8x32 scope that I picked up the other night from a forum member. Thanks Phil!

I did 5 shot groups with Federal XM193F, Independence XM193I, and Winchester, all 55 grain FMJ.

The best group by far was the Federal. That's a hair under 1.2" at 100yds if you throw out the flyer. I have 200 rounds through this upper after today.

I have no doubt a better shooter with better ammo could easily do 1 MOA or better with this piston upper.

The bench and sandbags look familiar, SMSC range by chance? Nice EVO setup by the way! Mine lacks any optics so I can't verify the 1 moa spec.

Daniel Defense makes a very reliable rifle, easily and consistently capable of combat accuracy.

Why not? Optics are not a requirement for shooting well.
