Picked up my new Axis II XP package today. 379$ after mail I rebate. Couldn't pass that up. Hopefully it warms up enough to get up to the land and see how it runs.

Nice. Can you confirm the presence of a Weaver scope, or is it a Bushnell?

Well a couple weeks ago I sighted it in at 25 yds. Last weekend we got the 200-500 yd range up with a couple 8" gongs. 4 shots in I was plugging the center of them with good regularity from 200 off the rack of my atv. Keep in mind this is my 1st experience shooting such distance. Pretty sure the rifle is far better then the shooter.

Do you understand near and far zero? And what max point blank range is?

What caliber and weight bullet were you shooting?

I did a lot of reading. Looking at ballistic charts. For my 55gr fmj 25 and 200 should be almost the exact same zero

Then you understand it. Most don't.

Good to hear.
