Don't buy a Siete. It does nothing new, but will likely cost $3k just for the name. Plus, Mark LaRue is a total dick.

My experience with LaRue products has been nothing but amazing. Even the battle mixer is fantastic and the dust is great on cream cheese stuffed jalapeño boats. Anyway a LaRue discussion would be for another thread. It's nice to see Ruger evolving.

The RPC is a $1k rifle. The Siete is estimated at $4500, which is comparable to the DT SRSA1 and custom rifles from more reputable custom rifle companies like GA Precision, Surgeon, Robar, etc. This is not to mention that you're dealing with a .300WM and not the .308 or 6.5CM of the RPC. I would venture a guess to say that it's going to be at least another 6 months to year before the Siete sees full production and orders are completed.
It's apples vs oranges.
And in the realm of oranges vs oranges, there are other rifles on the market that are going to be a better value than the LaRue Siete. With the RPC, it's pretty well in a boat of its own with what it offers.
