Probably so people can put on the brace of their own choosing. From what I've read, this pistol won't pass the upcoming subjective ATF 'rules'.

But as I understand it that would only be if you put a pistol brace on it. As it is sold without it would still be a pistol under the new rules correct?

I don’t think anyone does including the ATF! Seems like they will just make up what they want.

10.5 inch barrel is a little to small. A 12.5 would be better. I like the 5R rifling. A little cheaper if your search around. I’ll wait a bit to see how it sells. If it doesn’t sell well, maybe prices will be dropped to dump them. I’d spend $500 on one.
