Hi there,
I got my lower going, Samginko gave me a hand putting it together. Now I am looking for recommendations for a stock. I'd like something strong and compact.
Thoughts?
Thank you.

VLTOR eMod or iMod
(I throw that out there as an alternative. I have both iMods and CTR and like both stocks alot).

Magpul ACS or ACS-L. Much better cheek weld than CTR IMHO.

I like the CTR also. It has my vote for a strong, functional, SHTF or general purpose rifle.

The Rogers SuperStoc. Used to be sold through Wilson Combat, now sold by Safariland for more of a battle carbine configuaration. It is the strongest on the market and he is a good guy.
Magpul ACS for long range higher power rifle configurations.

FWIW ...
IMO, ctr, str, and acs are basically the same ... I've got a str ... it's ok ... not crazy bout the extra cheek contact ... I can see where others might like that ... also had a ubr ... heavy, but very, very nice!
So ...
1. magpul makes good stuff!
2. shoulder a few different stocks ... see what ya like
3. I'd definitely get one with a friction-lock, er such
4. past that, purdy tough to make a bad choice!
... there's also the ace arfx ... if ya don't care bout collapsing, it's probly worth a look!

1+ on Rugersols "It is pretty tough to make a bad choice." They are all good. Some are heavier or lighter. Some have different sling attachments. They are all good.

VLTOR IMOD is smaller and compact. Great cheek weld.
However the TI-7 is my favorite. It's bigger and has a much better cheek weld than anything else I've used.
