Have you seen this one from Mossberg yet? It's about 1/2 the price of the other ones.

It's based on the Plinkster which is a total POS.

Good luck with that.

My B-law had one that wouldn't extract anything. He sent it to the factory, now it fires out of battery. He just put it in the back of the safe and bought a bolt gun.

It was cheap. Deffinitly not a M&P but got it for less than 2 bills and had some gift card dollars that brought it down even more so as long as it runs I will be happy. I will let you know how the range goes. :)

Took it out to the range yesterday. Was quite impressed. Did not expect much considering the amount of plastic it is made up of, but not a bad plinker. Put about 200 rounds through it between myself and 2 kids. Had 1 FTE (slide shut as the case was ejecting and caught the front of the case mounth) and 1 FTF (jambed round). Ran cleaner than some .22 autos I have shot. Accuracy was quite supprising. Was getting 1.5 - 2 inches at 50 yards with no magnification red dot optic. All in all considering I paid about $160 for it. I can not complain.

Last winter I purchased a Plinkster 702.

This one: http://www.mossberg.com/images/Mossberg ... /37021.jpg

It has functioned perfectly and is very accurate with a cheep scope.

I just couldn't stomach spending $200 + for a squirrel / rabbit rifle.

Out the door price was $60. (used a $50 gift card)

Only complaint: On a scale of 1 to 10, it gets a 7 on the pain in the A$$ scale to clean....and boy does it get dirty!

Good luck!
