HK has made a number of models/series that could fit that description. Since you didn't elaborate, here's my HK940:

At one time the HK 630/770/940 series rifles were touted as being some of the most accurate sporting semiautos made. Other makes/models have since met and surpassed that mark. Prices have gotten crazy (well before the panic) and what folks are asking for magazines makes the nutcase prices folks have recently been asking for AR mags look reasonable. Otherwise, my personal biggest complaints involve the screwball user-unfriendly safety location and the overall length of the rifle being right up there, due to the ridiculously long action.
Still and all, I'm fond of it. :D

Yeah i should've clarified what models. But you know what I'm talking about!

The hk mod 270,300,630,770,940,sl6,sl7

The 940 is the only one I need...wanna trade it lol? Maybe for a lighter 630?

And you are correct, mags are crazy high. People are asking 225 for a 770/sl7 clip. also the scope mount is upwards of 500. Would've been nice to stock up on mags when they were cheap.

Or maybe, just maybe you would like a .45-70 lever action??? A Winchester 1886 Ultralite High Grade in .45-70 that desperately needs to be in your gun safe. Lol you shouldn't have posted the pic of that beauty 940.

Maybe I'm just strange, but I kind of wish I had gotten a USC back when they were available. Expensive, sure. Not really a UMP, true. And ugly? Yeah kind of. But still fun.

Oh well, put it right next to the Kriss and Tavor as "guns I'd love to own someday, but never will."
