Hi there,

Would an AR lower with a troy m7a1 be considered a pistol or a sbr? Seems to have the same principles as the Sig brace.

Since they call it a stock, I'm pretty sure it's legal definition is as a stock, thus requiring an nfa stamp if put with any barrel under 16".

Definitely a SBR. It's a pretty cool set up though, except for the price.
