Gunsmith for threading a barrel

Postby Bearcatrp on Thu Jan 19, 2017 12:58 pm

Thought there was a thread on this but couldn't find it. I have a 24 inch bull barrel I want threaded. Prefer not to mail it off but will if needed to get the job done right. Who is the best in Minnesota that does this?

If south of the metro is not to far I have always had good luck with Ahlmans.

Savage 10T 308. 24 inch 5R bull barrel. Has around 1000 rounds shot through it. I live north of the metro but no problem driving to a quality gunsmith. Thanks for the replies folks. Doug, you can show me on scrap metal when I come out.
