This is one of my newer rifles, but it quickly became one of my favorites.

It's Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather .300 WSM with a Kahles 3 x 9.

Here's my Remington 700 SPS Tactical in .308W. It's in an XLR Industries Carbon chassis, with a Jewell trigger, Atlas bipod, and a Vortex Viper PST FFP 6-24x50 on top.

This target is a 15 shot group at 100 yards, shooting 168gr A-Max bullets behind 43.0 gr of Varget.

I have thinned the herd of guns I don't shoot over the last few years, and am pretty much down to this old girl:

It's usually a .308, but I have 3 different Barnard barreled actions that my gunsmith made adapters for to fit in the Anschutz Precise stock. I generally keep .308 barrels on 2 of them, the 3rd is a 6mm SLR. I can swap the whole barreled action out in less than 5 minutes with just 4 screws. This system beats just swapping barrels because I can leave sights on all of them and don't need to re-zero, etc. I don't have a lot of target pics, but it shoots pretty good.

Not nearly in the same class as the rest of the posts but it's my only bolt gun. Using it to try to improve my rifle skills. Open sights are a bit of a challenge for my aging eyes but I try.

Second time out with it. 50 Yards.

Gotta start somewhere, I think that was my first bolt gun too! Nothing wrong with a classic dependable rifle, with lots of history to it, like that.

Ruger American Ranch with a bedded Boyd's stock. Nikon scope has a standard crosshair - good glass for the gun. I'm told the thing on the end is a solvent trap. :o
