Your pictures don't show any evidence of yaw nor wobble. As was said above, your targets look to be shedding the top portion of the paper, but the holes appear round. Try taking a caliper and measure the actual hole dimension. You should get .510" in the actual hole.
You might also try shooting blank paper to see if this anomaly occurs on paper without the black top printed portion (the targets now have). I shoot solid brass bullets, and their holes look the same as my other calibers, only larger.
Have you tried shooting at longer distances and see those results?
