It will be a little bit before shooting. Will get a stock for it next month. Then decide on powder and bullet. Never used CFE BLK but being a tad slower than H110, may work better with a 16 inch barrel. IMR 4227 is a possibility too. Anyone ever shoot shooter world powder? They make a blackout version thats slower too.

I use 4227 for mild plinking loads with bulk Hornady 147 fmj (Gunstop). Found lil'gun to be the best choice for super-sonic(110-125gr), gives good velocity at lower pressure than H110 so the cases dont get so beat/stretched.

I love mini actions. I have 2 Czs one in 7.62x39 and one in .204 ruger. Both great shooters and handy little rifles.

My Weatherby Vanguard in .30-06 is made by Howa. Great shooting rifle.

We have a bunch of Howas on the rack at the store I work at. Seems like a very good rifle for the money. Sub MOA guarantee like many of the rifles produced nowadays.
