Sold 2 of the VR60 the last week or so. An awful lot of plastic making the gun very light and cheap feeling. They had been sitting around for over 2 years before the insanity. That they had been put on clearance for a month and still did not sell spoke loudly to me.

The two I sold were bought by people who refused any and all suggestions of other shotguns. One could tell they were not familiar with the design type though they showed proper basic skills in gun handling. They bought them but it was against my advise.

Rock Island generally makes fairly solid arms.

From researching it, its upgraded from the VR60 a little bit. Allot of praise for the VR80 from allot of forums I read on it. Some issues to correct (small) but once corrected, its a great semi auto shotgun. Found one but want to do a little more research before deciding.
