Remington 783

Found a 6.5 creedmoor 16.5" barrel brand new. Topped it off with a Vortex diamondback 3-12x40 scope.

Was so excited about the purchase I had forgot Remington went under last year...

Hope this thing shoots and doesn't give me any issues. *Rolls eyes*

Congrats! I went with a “proper” rifle for this caliber but kind of wish I went with a hunting rifle since I am not a long distance rifle shooter. My club’s long rifle range is 200 yards.

I had a TC compass with a 22" barrel in 6.5 creedmoor that shot well. I will most likely keep this as a truck gun with shots well under 300 yards. My HS precision Savage model 10 is my long range shooter.

Is the barrel threaded for a supressor? With a barrel that short, it would be great to put a can on it.

Yes it's threaded for a can...
