Never thought I would ever buy a 6.5 Creedmoor (6.5 NeedMore) but the wife expressed an interest in shooting with me.

SO - I bought a Rem700 ACC-SD in 6.5CM and made a few additions to it.

20 MOA Leupold scope base
10-40X50 Scope

My carbon fiber bipod extension with Picatinny rails.
and a cheap bipod for pictures only.

Now I only hope she shoots with me !!!!!!!!

How do I post pictures?

Every time I try it comes back to say "Invalid picture".

If you're linking to an online image, you use the Img tag to embed that image's online address. (quote this message to see example coding)
Image

If you trying to paste an image from a file on your computer, you use the Upload attachment tag, choose the image file you want to use, Add the file, then you'll have an option for Place inline, which will put it in the body of the message.

Some image formats may not be accepted. jpg or jpeg is usually okay.

I've taken many pictures of things I want to sell with my cellphone and have uploaded them to my shop laptop as jpeg files.

When I try to attach to a new posting, I get the "Invalid Picture" error.

Next, I will try taking pictures with a digital camera and upload direct from the SD card.

Maybe Wednesday while it is raining and I'm loading 50BMG and 6.5 CM.

Could it be that your pictures are too large, meaning too high of a resolution? I use the Tapatalk app on my phone so can’t really help with any PC tips.

This would be my guess.

Generally, you need to use a picture hosting web site and use that to add photos- I doubt MNGUNTALK has income to build a server farm to store all of the crap folks would put up.

It’s not difficult, once you figure out what you need to do, just time consuming.

As to the Creedmoor, while I own one and it’s quite accurate, honestly, all it really is is a .264 bore standard round with some changes to the rifle specs to make it friendly to the fad high BC LR bullets.

A .260 with a 1-8 twist barrel would do as well.

A 6.5x55 loaded to the same pressures would also.

It’s not pixie dust, just some design specs that you could do on another rifle along with tighter tolerances in factory guise.

The package as sold OTC works, so it’s easy.

That being said, friends have lost game because they have brought the gun hacks word that it kills out of its class and shot things with it that I personally feel need more gun than a .30. (Like Eland).

On the pic hosting comment, they can be directly uploaded but there is a size limit.

That's why I use my 338 Lapua Magnum for coyote hunting (at long range for fun).

Thanks for the advice for posting pictures.
