FN 5.7 for Every Day Carry?

Elite Ammo sells more potent 5.7 loads, including one called X-terminaTOR (45 grain Barnes TSX at 1975 out of the pistol) which, supposedly, is equivalent to a decent standard pressure 9mm JHP in terminal performance.

But even assuming the claims are factual, I don't think that it fares very well in any sort of cost to value comparison with any of a myriad of other options.
