.38 Cylinder problem

Postby RichSal2451 on Mon Apr 26, 2010 9:17 am

Hoping someone here can advise me on a problem with a Colt Diamondback .38. About half the time, the cylinder won't advance when shooting. Is this something I can fix myself? I've been shooting for years, but haven't really done much gun repair. Thanks.

Either a worn hand, or the spring that holds it is going away, relatively simple fix, but not something you want to try first time delving into the guts of a colt action, call or visit Palmer Raysnor out in St Boni's at gunstop west.
