Well, sure, but only an exaggeration.

People do remove the 'billboard' on Ruger revolvers all the time.

I don't have high expectations of it but interesting enough to check out anyway. Maybe they'll have one at the Ahlmans shootout this summer and can send a couple rounds down range with it.
