Looks like a superb carry piece. 8-)

It's gotta have better QC than Taurus.

They make some beautiful guns but IMO that isn't one of them. Their pricing reflects the quality so they won't be anywhere near the price of a Judge.

Actually, that does bring up a good question (which I don't know the answer to), but their use of the word "helical" makes me wonder if this thing has polygonal rifling. Would that disqualify it as a smoothbore, yet keep the shot loads from getting mangled up?? Polygonal rifling is a perfectly valid method of getting a bullet to spin, and both my Desert Eagle 50 and mu EAA 38 Sooper have it.

Looking at the shot patterns, I'd bet that it's "paradox" rifling, IE rifling that doesn't spin, like the Raging Judge XXVIII was going to have.

Federal regs against smooth bore barrels under a certain length.

Also, they make nice guns too bad that's one of them

I think it looks better than the Taurus. But that isn't saying much.

These types of guns might be worth more in snake country, but I've never been sold on them for self defense after seeing the Box of Truth results: http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/bot41_2.htm.

Cowboy snake gun? Do you think we will see a new cowboy action classification for it?

Me thinks good idea gone real bad. I understand the whole shot shell loadings real well, and use them when out in the woods, but this platform just smells like woods kitty.
