Do you carry a PF9 daily?

My PF9 is about 2 years old and has about 2,000 rounds through it, and I can't even remember the last time I had an FT_. I honestly don't think I have had a single malfunction in well over a 1,000 rounds. Now I have had several people try to shoot it, and they can't even hit the paper or it jambs up on them and then they say it is a piece of junk. Then when I rapid fire two full mags drilling a ragged hole in the middle of the target right infront of them without a hitch their mouths drop open and they ask "how did you do that". The PF9 is a very snappy gun that needs a very firm grip and A LOT of practice to shoot well, but once the PF9 trains you how to hold it and shoot it properly it is one of the best CCW options out there IMHO.

I don't carry it every day, but I do carry it about 50% of the time. My "deep concealment" set-up is my PF9 + spare mag in a SmartCarry, and a P32 in a DeSantis in my weakside rear pocket. I am 6'1" and 235 so those little guns just disapper.

My only disappointment with my PF9 is that it showed wear very quickly and the slide is very prone to rust. It aint pretty, but it is a 100% reliable (and has a lifetime warranty if it's ever not 100%), very conealable, 9mm hand cannon that gets my recommendation anytime someone askes.

To be fair, a few of my wife's relatives could have smoked almost anyone here on gun knowledge at that age...no idea on Cadet, but some people in greater Minnesota are shooting guns before they set foot in a school. More power to 'em. :)

One of the family friends has a handgun collection that makes me want to cry. Ask to shoot a 500 magnum, he'll bring out his case with almost every variation they've made. I went shooting with him last year, he brought five cases of pistols. He's 22.

I'm sure Cadet knows how to operate a firearm, I was shooting trap tournaments at his age...

I just thought the conversation was hilarious as we are discussing the everyday carry aspects of different weapon models, and here one of the contributers not only hasn't carried, but won't be able to for half a decade. :D

Gotta love the internet.
