Actually, nobody can perfectly control their index finger from an autonomic reflex response. Try Gripping your other four fingers real fast without moving your index. Also, squeezing hard or fast your left hand can contract your right hand index. Then think about sneezing....
Keeping the finger off the trigger has nothing to do with lack of training, it's just the smart thing to do because **** happens.
