I hadn't heard that one. They where going to put one in the MOA at one time.

It was supposed to be one of the anchor stores of the expansion. The legislature wouldn't approve TIF for it, so the developers cancelled the expansion.

The Brainerd area (Baxter) is our first range and only range plans at this time. If things go well you can bet I'll be recommending more projects, that decision is above my pay grade. When construction gets a little further, right now just demolition, I'll make a new post and keep you guys updated.
