Scope for my 460

Gonna buy my first pistol scope, gone through plenty on my rifles.
The gun: S&W Performance Center 10.5" compensated hunter

Plan on using a set of Burris XTR Extreme rings. Overkill? Yes. But so is the gun.
Burris and Leupold where my only 2 serious brand choices, and I'm split between these 2:
http://www.leupold.com/hunting-shooting/scopes/handgun-scopes/fx-ii-handgun-2x20mm/
and
http://www.leupold.com/hunting-shooting/scopes/handgun-scopes/fx-ii-handgun-4x28mm/
Needless to say no one up here stocks either of these let alone pistol scopes in general. I played w/ Leupolds variable scope @ Cabellas a month or so ago, Nice but i dont see myself needing the variable, not @ $200 more anyway.
Gonna be used (ideally) off a shooting stick, max distance between 50-100 yards.
So yeah, opinions?
Thanks

UltraDot. But if you want a scope either will do nicely. The 2x will be quicker to find the target, but magnification seems next to nill. Not much mag needed to 100 yards, I have dots on most of my shortguns any more. The only revolver that still wears a scope is the SRH 480R which has a 2-6x Bushy.

Even though you say 100 yards max range, the 460 is a 200 yard gun so don't handicap yourself too much.

My son-in-law is using a Bushnell 2X6 on his .460 and seems to like it. Seems to take the punishment just fine and his is the 8" version I beleive.
Nice guns you will enjoy it... The muzzle Blast and concusion the spectators feel makes it apopear worse to shoot than it really is.

When he was looking I told him to make sure you get a scope you can dial down far enough to be able to see the Entire Dinosaur before you shoot it. LOL..

The leupold would be a good choice as well and I have had a few Burris pistol scopes and their Cust. Service is Excellent so I would look at those as well.

Good luck.... DonT

After looking @ a friends Burris I decided on this:

And after a set of Burris Extreme med rings were installed I brought it to the range this morning. Even got a few odd looks sighting the lil' guy in @ 100 yards.
