My EDC is a G22-3. I have a Bar sto in it, I picked up a G20-3 I can get a Wolf barrel in 4 days a Bar Sto in 6-8wks. Lookin for opinions from Wolf users, How do they hold up to hot reloads ? If anybody can give me comparisons?

Thanks for your time

alls i knows is that wolf has a wolf on the hood of the barrel. looks goofy.
saying that guns kill people is like saying that spoons made Rosie O'Donnell fat.

if God wanted us to drink whiskey, he would have given us stomaches

You can get them "clean" with no Wolf on the hood. Still a Wolf barrel though...so, there is that.
If you are reading this, there is a better than average chance that you are a d-bag.

I'm running a stainless Wolf in my G-17 - no issues.

The riffling is "the other way" compared to the OEM Glock barrel.

The accuracy, function etc...is identical to the Glock barrel.

Both barrels handled some funky Russian +P+ just fine.

Good luck!

Can't say anything about Bar Sto, other than they seem to have a good rep; they weren't cheap the last time I looked ( long ago ). Had a Wolf for a G36, I almost always shoot cast. Got it quick, sent it back to be fixed, that wasn't quick to return. The chamber / lands were not cut correctly and would not allow a properly loaded cartridge to seat / headspace as expected. The only time I shot a blockage out of the barrel ( wasn't on purpose ) was with this barrel. Got a bulge, would no longer cycle thru the barrel hole in the slide face. Ended up selling the gun ( with the original barrel ) not long after for other reasons. Still have the barrel to remind me I didn't recognize the squib. Squib was not their fault, bad chamber / lands cut was.

Should I need another land / groove barrel for a Glock, my choice will be the KKM. Reasonable price, I have one for my 21 and my 17, been using the 21 barrel for at least 10 years, no problems. The 17 barrel is only two years old, working fine too after several thousand rounds. YMMV.

I have a wolf in one of my G22's. It is sometimes fussy with certain ammo. If I use certain brands it works 100% of the time. But I have had problems specifically with Remington UMC ammo. The lip between the bullet and case causes feed failures all of the time. The ammo works perfectly in the same gun with factory barrel. I am sure a little sanding on the feed ramp would solve the issue. But with PMC and American Eagle ammo I don't need to do anything. It is MORE accurate than the factory barrel at 10 yards. This G22 is only used for target shooting. I have a comp and red dot on it. Works very well for this purpose with the right ammo. I have no experience with the other barrel, but most "match" barrels are more picky with ammo. They have tighter tolerences so it was not unexpected out of the wolf barrel. The wolf logo is very unsightly. But I can live with it, most days the target I am shooting does not make fun of the silly logo. But on occasion I have had to double tap the paper to quell the jokes.
