Actually I think it does....

Last weekend I went and picked up a new pistol and took it out to Delano. It shot left and with horrible groups. I'm new this year to pistols and have everything to learn, but learned enough to accept that my control of kahr long trigger pulls in their k9 and cm9 isn't going to work for me in competition. So I studied and got the 75B. Well it shoots bad too, so I figured I would bring it to the combat league at Metro last night and see if one or more of the really good shooters wouldn't mind shooting for be with it so I could confirm where it grouped.
I got a great "test target" at 10' 20', & 50', with high left groups that rose & spread with distance at about a 45* angle. Couldn't have expected better using a vice! It confirmed my suspicion that it shoots left for one expert and myself, and it showed me the gun is way more capable than I. The other shooter got centered groupings that were a little higher and more spread at each greater distance.
What I learned is that human perception isn't accurate from one to the next! The gun is the only constant, only the humans changed. The poi differs because of perception and poa differences. I am not consistent yet, but if 6 of 12 group left (the same amount as the rock steady shooter) I'm pretty certain I need to drift the sight to adjust for my perception, so far as left-right goes.
I'm still trying to figure the height thing. Seems some like to center the front dot on the center of the bull. I'm guessing this is how the shooters both got the groupings that rose with distance. I'm unsteady enough yet that I like to see the center of the bull just on top of the front post, I think that's called 6 o'clock. That could explain how I haven't noticed the climb in groupings the other shooters had, but then I'm bad enough I won't bank on that. There's no vertical adjustment anyway. If I need it the are adjustable sights available, but I need to work through a few thousand rounds to learn how I'm doing with this CZ.
I don't know if any of this will help the OP, but thought it might since it seems to me that the several opinions offered show the variations in perception, and how to deal with a problem gun needs to come from within, not without. You need to choose what works for you. You've been shown a spectrum of possibilities but only you can know what's right for your unique perception.
I was happy to learn that, while my new gun isn't sighted just right for my perception, it does shoot tight groups in skilled hands, and that was my bigger concern. So long as it does that, I can work out what needs to be done to get poa and poi where it works. I'll be joining the Combat League in February with this CZ.
I've learned that I can shoot a pistol pretty well with the .22 league. I was fortunate to acquire a S&W model 41 with red dot, and that changed my world! I'm still learning, but my last score was 539 of 600. Maybe not great in the crowd but I'm darn happy I can do that good, and seeing improvement as I learn, I've hopes to keep getting better.
I'm a noob, and pretty much an outsider being a rookie shooter, but maybe my outside perspective will hold something to consider. If not, well, at least I'm trying to learn and share what I can as I appreciate what I've learned from others.
Thanks!

No you pretty much got it right. The difference is you were ready to listen, be humble and learn. Some guys are convinced it isn't the Indian and try to find ways around the problem. Some people like the easy road some like the difficult road. Congrats on your process!
