While I do not like the 92 series guns, if that is what you have to use and you like it, I don't see why you should switch your firearm.

If you want a dedicated gun, just to compete with, then that is a good reason to get a firearm for it. If you want to use your firearm to get proficient with its use for all around use, you need to stick to what you are willing to use for that purpose.

That said, there is never a bad reason to buy another firearm. Glock 34 is always a popular choice, but really go with what fits you best.
