I am thinking about a side guard. I prefer IWB.

The factory 240grn Remington SJHP's we shot were not bad at all in my opinion. MNGunGuy's hands were a bit sweaty and he got a little bitten (as seen in the pic posted earlier) but I did the majority of the shooting and my hands were fine. I did have a big s***-eating grin on my face that was hard to get rid of though...

Shooting my 9mm after this felt like I was shooting a .22 - like putting the weighted doughnut on your bat in the on-deck circle!
