Sig Sauer makes a nice gun. I have never found the grips to be comfortable for my small hands but that's just me. Enjoy your new gun.

Me too. I can't get a proper grip on any double stack Sigs. I think they are the BMWs of guns 8-)

The only problem with Sigs are that they tend to multiply in your safe rather quickly, and have very healthy appetites.

gimmefuel, you're gonna hate it. it's a venerable POS. that's right, you will despise the sales guy that let you put it on hold, you'll rue the day you picked it up. they shoot like garbage and are so ammunition sensitive that you'll pull your hair out trying to find the ONLY load that it'll shoot reliably. too damn finicky.

i'll take it off your hands and dispose of it properly, i promise. nobody will ever get their hands on it after you allow me to relieve you of it.

One caveat, Sig's aim different than many other's POA/POI for "factory" settings. Sig's are not "pumpkin on post", more like pumpkin completely covered by sights. But they do shoot nicely, just something to get used to, unless you have completely adjustable elevation sights.

Congrats. I take my Sig out every chance I get. I recommend Sigs to everyone who ever asks me what I think, although that doesn't happen often.
