Don't wait too long to go in and apply. I too was hard up for cash after I took my permit class under the 2003 version of the law, and that crazy judge overturned the law before I got my permit! I had to wait for the 2005 version of the law to get passed and by then my year had expired so I had to take my training over again. Lucky for me my instructor was nice enough to let me retake the class at no charge.

Regarding the holster, I too am a fan of this style. When you try it on, you'll see that the maximum cant is what keeps the butt closest to your side for the best concealment.

Took my carry class there also-instructors are awesome. I see them out at the range all the time and they are always more than willing to give advice or help out any way they can. My target did not look quite so good.
