I've used ATF as a firearms lubricant for years.

Dude - if you have access to vagisil in a war zone - I would tend to think that motor oil would be a little bit more readily available.

Don't forget that there are women in most non-infantry combat roles no days. Vagisil may well be readily available in some units. :o

OR some of the rear support groups..................... :o

Besides, I believe that Vagisil would be a dust/sand magnet and disable a weapon very quickly..............
one would be far better off going clean and dry................
